2. Age and identity verification
Our public forms require each applicant to provide their age and affirm that they are at least 18. Before enrollment or an introduction, Date to Diamond may request valid government-issued photo identification or use other reasonable verification methods to confirm age, identity, and eligibility. We may pause or refuse service when information cannot be verified or appears inaccurate.
3. Relationship and legal eligibility
Clients must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and truthfully disclose their current relationship status. Participants must be legally and personally available to pursue the kind of relationship represented to Date to Diamond and proposed matches. Material misrepresentation may result in rejection, suspension, or termination.
4. Professional services only
Date to Diamond provides legitimate professional matchmaking, dating coaching, compatibility review, chemistry calls, introductions, profile support, and related relationship services. Date to Diamond is not an escort service and does not arrange, promote, facilitate, or permit prostitution, commercial sexual services, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or any exchange of money or value for sexual activity.
5. Background screening and safety
Date to Diamond may conduct or obtain background screening as part of its enrollment and matching process. Screening has limitations, may not identify every risk, and is not a guarantee of another person’s identity, history, intentions, conduct, or safety. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and should use reasonable precautions, including meeting in public and maintaining independent transportation.
6. Consent, respectful conduct, and protection of minors
All participation and personal interaction must be lawful, voluntary, respectful, and based on freely given consent. Grooming, child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexual communication involving a minor, coercion, harassment, abuse, trafficking, and aiding or encouraging such conduct are strictly prohibited. Our complete conduct requirements are available in the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Enforcement and reporting
Date to Diamond may reject an application, cancel an introduction, restrict contact, suspend or terminate services, preserve relevant information, and report or cooperate with appropriate authorities when age, identity, safety, fraud, exploitation, abuse, or other legal concerns arise. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
